**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a LPN / LVN for one of our client which is a Mental Health Services,

• Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49548
• Shift: Days (12 hr)
• Duration of Contract: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hrs/week
• Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends
• Minimum years of experience: 2 years

Pay rate: $38/hr

Job Description:

• Responds to emergency situations to help support the clinical and nursing E&T staff in delivery of services to the E&T guests;
• Provides first aid and CPR as needed;
• Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards;
• Completes charting entries as required and regulated by state and federal law;
• Distributes and documents medications (including narcotics) according to established standards and regulatory instructions;

Position Requirements:

• 2 years behavioral health experience - Required
• BLS - Required
• MI License - Required
• Covid Vaccine - Required
