Urgent need for a LVN/LPN for one of our client which is a Addiction treatment center.

• Specialty: Clinic
• Job Location: Louisville, KY 40219
• Shift: 1st shift (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM )
• Duration of Contract: 8 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
• Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend (Saturdays 6:30a - 9:30a)

Pay rate: $38/hr

Job Description:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients’ health.

Position Requirements:

• 1+ Year of Medication Administration - Required
• Opioid Addiction Center Experience - Highly Preferred
• BLS - Required
• Skills Checklist - Required
• Two Supervisory Reference Forms - Required
• Kentucky( Compact Allowed)
