Urgent need for a LVN SNF for one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay Rate: $52/hr
• Job Location: Alturas, CA 96101
• Shift :All Shifts
• Number of Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs

Position Requirements:

• Active California LVN license
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and follow resuscitation protocols
