Urgent need for a Physical Therapist(PT) to join our team on a PRN contract assignment for one of our client which is a Health Care Center,

• Pay rate: $65/hr
• Job Location: Tacoma, WA 98409
• Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM- 4:30 PM)
• Contract Weeks:: 3 weeks

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), rehabilitation, or acute care setting preferred.
• COVID vaccination required
• BLS required

Job Description:

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments based on physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
