We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED) to join one of our hospital clients.
- Pay: $65/hr
- Job Location: Aberdeen, WA 98520
- Shift: Nights (1830-0700)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours per week: 36Hrs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requirements
- Active Washington State RN license or active Multistate RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
- Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Completion of Washington State-approved 6-hour Suicide Prevention Training.
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
- Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on clinical condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Respond effectively to trauma, medical emergencies, and critical care situations.
