We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our client which is a Hospital,

• Pay: $58/hr
• Job Location: Portales, NM 88130
• Shift: Nights 6p-6a
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours per week: 36Hrs

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Mexico (or eligible to practice in New Mexico).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in Med Surg and/or Progressive Care Unit settings.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current PALS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and PCU patients.
• Manage a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Perform occasional charge nurse duties as needed.
• Care for pediatric admissions when required.
• Work collaboratively with Avel tele-intensivist support services.
