**Quick Start**

Urgent need for a RN / LPN for one of our client which is a Health Care.

• Job Location: Holyoke ,MA 01040
• Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Duration of Contract: 9 weeks + Extendable
• Guaranteed hours: 32 hrs/week
• Weekend requirements : (This contract is for set schedule it requires every other weekend and able to work the holiday any RTO must be requested prior to starting the contract

Pay rate: $60/hr

Job Description:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts

Position Requirements:

• 2 years of experience Required
• BLS Required
• COVID Vaccine Required
• Must have MA State License
